It was raining in the afternoon and I was too damn sleepy to workout, so I skipped the afternoon session. I woke up around 8 and decided that I want to wear the rastafarian tank top I bought last week. I have this low esteem issue, and a terribly shy person. I have a hard time showing my body, but I guess I'll do it today.
I did the shoulder training, and man did it hurts. My shoulders were throbbing and at one time I couldn't even lift up my arms. But wearing the tank top really boost my confidence level. I mean, I'm not even near my dream body look, but I look fit. It's rather pleasing looking at your own muccles rippling during the workout. That's it! Next month, I'm going to buy more tank tops.
