I am thinking to start 'cutting' my body (means lifting lighter weight but with higher reps so that the body can take shape) cause everybody is saying that I should do so. The problem is I dont think I'm in the right time to cut.

I'm a little bit down today. So much shit happened today. Fucking bitches! I'm in no mood to write much.

Also I did the back workout again today. I guess my lower back is alright now. Tomorrow, I'm gonna be hardcore, motherfuckers!

On the other note, I discovered an effective abs workout for myself. So I guess I'll be sticking to it for the time being. And I made a promise to myself to do push-ups every morning.
