
I started really early today. Right after my office hours ended, I went straight to the gym. I did the shoulder training with UD, but it was less severe the last session. My shoulders are a-ok. The night session started with the back workout with Jesse, a drop dead gorgeous guy. I mean, he's really REALLY pretty. Lean body with rippling muscles, and a cute face to boot. And he works as a bodyguard, which is a waste since he can easily become a model. Anyways, in order to impress him, I did the 100 kg deadlift. And what a mistake it was. My lower back was in pain, and still hurt right now. I soldiered out to finish all the workout, and in the process I manage to break a random weight belt. Shit is weak. I finished my bak workout in an hour, only to find that I have another hour to go. So I did random exercises like abs workout, dips and some biceps curls.
