
My back is still killing me, although it's not as bad as yesterday. I slept wearing a corset with some scientific thingamajiggy that suppose to releaf the pain. I woke up feeling quite ok but bending down is still a bitch. Then I wore the corset to my work and I guess my back got better.
Despite questioning the safety of my back, I returned to the gym for the evening session and did the triceps training since i don't want to aggregate my back 'injury'. Later for night session I did the chest workout which turned out great.
I still feel a little bit of pain, but fuck it! No pain no gain.
And today, a lot of people (by a lot I mean three) told me that my body looks bigger. I don't know if it was the tank top I was wearing, or they are just being nice to me, but it feels great. Plus, at the beginning at the night session, I was out of mood, so I turned out to be a douche. I feel bad afterward and started making up with people I wronged.
