Back workout in the afternoon session. I tore the wrist strap while dead lifting 242 lbs. Damnit! I planned to re-do the back workout in the evening session, but my current gym partner, UD told me that his back hurts so we did the triceps instead.

I guess today is the day where I went emo and shit. I mean, it looks like I have no progress at all. I'm tired and disappointed and pissed. I know its all mind games and shit, coz one day I feel good and the next day I might feel shitty. Sometimes when I look into the mirror, I like what I see, but sometimes I just go 'You look like a piece of shit'. I psyching myself down.

Hope I feel better tomorrow.
