Did the chest workout in the afternoon session and back and biceps for the evening session.

I'm still a lil bit down from yesterday, but I guess things are alright.

Tomorrow, me and UD are going to go all out, coz Yan and AJ challange us for their 14 days of terror. Basically it's a hardcore workout session to see if anything can change in 14 days. Bitch, it's on!

weight: 77 kgs/ 170 lbs
