So as I predicted, Yan and AJ totally bailed on their 14 days of terror challenge. They did workout in the morning and afternoon, but that was it. Pussies.

I did extra load of work out today. And I changed my diet a bit, by having extra eggs right before the evening session. I don't think it really works, cuz I'm still so damn full throughout the training and after the training.

Jesse came a lil bit late, but I had the opportunity to spot him. He also gave me some workout tips, which I will add into my routines. We were both shirtless at some point of the workout, and I look like a pussy next to him. I need to work my butt off.
